How Did We Decide Where to Service?
As a small service company, our territory is ever changing. We started in 2017 with a few people and needed to start small with our territory too. We kicked things off in the heart of Livingston County, and have been expanding each and every year from there.
Our territory now sits at roughly an hour in every cardinal direction from the core of South Lyon, MI.
Does Your Service Range Differ For Different Services?
Yes! Our two largest wings of the company are wildlife exclusion work and yearly ongoing preventative pest (insect) control. We’ve decided that our range will stay set for our ongoing home protection service, named Pest Defender. We make multiple trips throughout the year, and cannot be driving across Michigan while keeping prices reasonable for our customers.
On the opposite end of bugs exists nuisance wildlife. We will travel further for this service, as it’s more of a one and done sort of deal. We are very good at locking down the home and keeping animals from getting back in, which in turn limits our return visits. We use strong materials such as caulk that exceeds 50 year standards, heavy gauge metal guards, and custom metal tin patching so animals can’t chew or force their way back in.
