Does it sound like there’s a person in your attic?
…it’s probably a raccoon. Raccoons love taking advantage of the nice, warm playground that is your attic. Unfortunately, they can be pretty disruptive with their activity by keeping you up at night or ruining your insulation.
Step 1:
The first step involves a thorough inspection to determine how the raccoons are getting inside. Raccoons are pretty handsy and can rip open roofs or vents to pop inside. During our inspections, we also look for potential entry points that could become problematic in the future.
Step 2:
We then use a method called “Positive-Set Trapping”. We set live traps directly over the raccoons’ entry points, so that the only way to come or go from the home, is through us. This yields incredible results.
Step 3:
The third and final step is to seal up all active and potential entry points to prevent future infestations.
If you hear loud noises in your attic, or see a raccoon climbing into a house, we can set an inspection up and let you know the best method to get them out!
